International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders

The International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders is composed of national associations of bariatric surgeons and integrated health professionals involved in the treatment of patients affected by severe obesity.

Dendrite initiated the IFSO Global Registry in 2012 and produced a series of six consecutive global registry reports merging data from both national bariatric surgery registries and individual centres (in countries where no national registry exists). These reports are available for free download from the Publishing area within this website.
