Breast Cancer Foundation NZ is the country’s foremost breast cancer education and awareness organisation and plays a key role in many milestones in breast cancer awareness and treatment, through the funding of research and medical grants, education and patient support programmes and advocacy.

Castleman disease is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder. It encompasses a spectrum of clinical disorders that range from localised asymptomatic lymph node enlargement (unicentric) to widespread lymphadenopathy (multicentric) associated with severe symptoms due to cytokine excess.

The Alkaptonuria (AKU) Society seeks to unite AKU patients and their families, and build a strong, patient-led community. They intend to do this by providing reliable, up-to-date information about AKU, running annual patient workshops, offering individual home support visits and providing ongoing support the National AKU Centre.
